Sherrie Hall

A partner since 2018, Sherrie Hall is a 1986 graduate from the University of Tulsa, where she went on to graduate studies in psychology before attending law school at the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated in 1990.

Sherrie is married to Jeff Hall, a Business Representative for Teamsters Local 610. She has been licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri since 1990 and in the State of Texas since 1995. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and with all courts in the State of Missouri. She has also appeared pro hac vice in numerous other federal courts, including the Western District of Missouri, the Southern District of Illinois, the Central District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the District of New Mexico. She has spoken at national and local conferences on a variety of legal matters. Sherrie provides general counseling to health & welfare funds, pension funds, training funds and vacation funds in areas of ERISA compliance, ERISA litigation, delinquency collections and subrogation. Sherrie also provides general consultation to labor organizations and its members in all matters relative to their rights and duties under the NLRA and LMRA with a focus on contract negotiations, grievance representation, personnel matters and general litigation.

Timothy P. O’Mara

A partner since 2014, Tim is a 1989 graduate from the University of Missouri St. Louis. Tim passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in 1990, and went on to graduate with honors from St. Louis University School of Law in 1994.

Tim, a former member of the Plumbers’ & Pipefitters’ Local Union No. 562. is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri since 1994 and in the State of Illinois since 1995. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Western District of Missouri, Southern District of Illinois and Central District of Illinois, and with all courts in the State of Missouri and Illinois. Focusing primarily on cases involving workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation, Tim has successfully tried workers’ compensation cases, including appeals before the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and the Court of Appeals. In addition, Tim provides legal services regarding criminal matters including traffic, misdemeanor and felony matters, with a focus on estate planning and wills & trusts.

Daniel M. McLaughlin

A partner since 2007, Daniel graduated from Quincy University in 1994 and went to law school at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, School of Law graduating in 2000.

Dan, a former member of the Plumbers’ & Pipefitters’ Local Union No. 562 has been an attorney since 2000 and is licensed to practice in the State of Missouri and Illinois. Dan provides general counseling to health & welfare funds as well as pension funds and various other labor-management funds in areas of ERISA compliance, ERISA litigation, delinquency collections and subrogation. Dan also provides general consultation to labor organizations and its members in all matters relative to their rights and duties under the NLRA and LMRA with a focus on contract negotiations, representation of the local and its members in grievance hearings, arbitrations and litigation. In addition to the aforementioned areas Dan focuses on the representation of political subdivisions in areas ranging from general consultation in all aspects of Section 321 RSMo, drafting of ordinances and resolutions, drafting of contracts for services and personnel matters. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Eight Circuits and before all courts in the States of Missouri and Illinois.

Gary S. Wolfe

A partner since 1997, Gary is a 1975 graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and a 1990 graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Law with honors.

Gary, a former member of the now defunct International Association of Firefighters, Local Union, No. 398 and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union No. 4, has been licensed to practice law in Missouri since 1990 and Illinois since 1991. Gary’s practice consists of consultation on various issues including representation of collective bargaining agreements, grievance and arbitration matters and general litigation such as defense of charges of discrimination and breach of duty of fair representation. In addition, Gary practices in the area of ERISA litigation and workers’ compensation litigation. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri, Southern District of Illinois and United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and before all courts in the States of Missouri and Illinois.

Brian A. Spector

A partner in the law firm since 1995, Brian completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1978. He then went on to the Saint Louis University School of Law graduating in 1989.

Brian, a former member of Local Union No. 610 has been licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri since 1989. In addition to providing general counseling to health & welfare and pension funds in all matters relative to ERISA compliance and litigation, Brian specializes in representing labor organizations and its members in their rights and duties under the NLRA and LMRA in areas such as grievance hearings, arbitrations and contract negotiations.
